Professional, personalised squash coaching for beginners, intermediate and advanced players. I help players improve technique, movement, fitness, tactics and confidence through focused one-to-one coaching tailored to their goals.

Personalised Squash Coaching in London

Every player has different strengths, weaknesses and goals. My coaching starts by understanding your current game and then focusing our time on the areas that can make the biggest practical difference.

Whether you are picking up a squash racquet for the first time, want to become a more consistent club player, or are preparing for competitive matches, sessions are structured around your level and what you want to achieve.

Squash Coaching for All Levels

Beginners

If you are new to squash, we can build the fundamentals from the ground up. Sessions can cover grip, racket preparation, forehand and backhand technique, serves, returns, movement and basic tactics, giving you a solid foundation and the confidence to play games.

Intermediate Players

For regular players looking to improve, coaching can focus on consistency, shot selection, movement, positioning, attacking and defensive options, fitness and match play. Small technical adjustments can often make a significant difference to how efficiently you play.

Advanced & Competitive Players

Advanced players can use sessions to refine technique, movement patterns, tactics, fitness and match strategy. Having competed on the PSA World Tour and reached the world’s Top 400, I can bring professional playing experience into sessions for players who want to challenge and develop their game further.

What Happens During a Squash Coaching Session?

A full 60-minute one-to-one session gives us time to assess your game, work on specific technical areas, practise drills and movement, and apply improvements through conditioned games or match play where appropriate.

Depending on your goals, we can work on grip, forehand and backhand drives, volleys, serves and returns, movement, tactics, fitness and match preparation. The aim is to make each session practical and relevant to the way you actually play.

Personal Training & Squash Fitness

Alongside squash coaching, I am a Level 3 Personal Trainer and Level 1 Advanced Kick Boxing instructor. Personal training can be used to improve general fitness or to support your squash through better strength, stamina, movement and conditioning.

I provide individual programmes based on your goals, lifestyle and starting point, with particular experience working with busy professionals and executives who want an efficient and structured approach to training.

What Results Can Personal Training Help You Achieve?

  • Natural weight loss through a structured approach to exercise and sustainable habits.
  • Strength and muscle gain through progressive resistance training.
  • Improved fitness and stamina for everyday life and squash.
  • Better movement and mobility to help you move more effectively.
  • Greater confidence through measurable progress and improved fitness.
  • A more sustainable approach to fitness built around your lifestyle rather than extreme short-term programmes.

I am passionate about helping clients achieve real, measurable progress as quickly as is realistically possible, while making sure that progress is achieved safely, progressively and sustainably. Training should challenge you without relying on unnecessary risks or unrealistic promises.

Practical nutritional advice can also be included to support your goals and help you develop habits that you can maintain long term. Individual results vary, but a structured programme can provide a clear and consistent route towards improved fitness and wellbeing.

Combining Squash Coaching & Personal Training

If squash is your main sport, combining court coaching with personal training can provide a more complete approach. We can work on your technique and tactics on court while developing the strength, conditioning, mobility and fitness that support your performance.

Qualifications & Playing Experience
